Where to Buy Spearmint Tea in Pakistan: Options and What to Check

Quick answer: You can buy spearmint tea in Pakistan from online herbal brands (including Organzo), marketplaces such as Daraz, pansari and attar shops, and grocers. Whichever you choose, check that the label says 100% spearmint (Mentha spicata) rather than just "mint", note the net weight, and compare the price per gram. Organzo's Spearmint Tea is a 150 g jar of 100% spearmint leaves for Rs. 1,500, with free delivery and Cash on Delivery.

Spearmint tea is easy to find in Pakistan, but what you get varies a great deal. This guide covers where to look, how to tell you are really getting spearmint, and how to compare prices fairly. We sell spearmint tea ourselves, so keep that in mind as you read, and use the checks below on any brand, including ours.

Where you can buy spearmint tea

WhereGood to knowWhat to check
Online herbal brandsUsually loose leaf in a jar or pouch, with delivery and often Cash on DeliveryFull ingredient list, net weight, delivery cost, reviews
Marketplaces such as DarazMany sellers and prices in one placeWho the seller is, the exact ingredients, real reviews; avoid listings with no ingredient details
Pansari and attar shopsSell dried pudina (mint) by weightWhether it is spearmint or peppermint or a mix; the species is often not stated
Grocers and online supermarketsConvenient; stock variesThe label: 100% spearmint, or a blend with other teas

How to check it is really spearmint

  • Read the ingredient list. It should say spearmint leaves or Mentha spicata and nothing else. "Mint" or "pudina" alone does not tell you the species.

  • Watch for added flavouring or blends. "Natural flavouring", or green or black tea in the mix, means it is not pure spearmint, and tea leaves bring caffeine.

  • Smell it. Spearmint tastes sweeter and softer than peppermint, which is cooler and sharper because of its menthol. Our guide to spearmint vs peppermint tea explains why.

Compare price per gram, not just the price

Divide the price by the net weight. Organzo's Spearmint Tea works out to Rs. 10 per gram for one 150 g jar, Rs. 9 per gram for two jars and Rs. 8.5 per gram for three jars. As a worked example, another Pakistani brand's 100% spearmint listing on its own site (checked on 5 October 2026) was 60 g for Rs. 980, which is Rs. 16.33 per gram, and two 60 g pouches for Rs. 1,780, which is Rs. 14.83 per gram, with free delivery above Rs. 1,500. We have not compared every brand, and prices change, so check the current listing. Our spearmint tea price guide has the full table.
