Refund Policy Returns & Exchanges If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery for an easy return or exchange. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we'll replace it free of charge — just send us a photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Timeline Approved refunds for online payments are processed within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
