These terms apply when you browse organzo.pk or place an order for Organzo herbal teas. organzo.pk is operated by Organzo Wellness (Pvt) Ltd, a company registered in Pakistan ("Organzo", "we"). By placing an order or using our store, you agree to them.

Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Please provide accurate name, phone and address details. We may contact you to confirm an order before dispatch, and we may decline or cancel an order — for example if details can't be verified or a product is out of stock.

Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. We accept Cash on Delivery. If we notice a pricing error on an order, we'll contact you before dispatch.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times, coverage and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains returns, exchanges, damaged items and refunds.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once an order has shipped, our Refund Policy applies.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including their ingredients. Our teas are natural herbal products, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and the information on this website is general and not medical advice. Individual results vary from person to person.
