Purchase Terms

Pricing: All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), inclusive of applicable taxes, as per FBR regulations.
Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery (COD) through SBP-licensed gateways compliant with PCI-DSS and the Payment Systems and Electronic Fund Transfers Act 2007 (PSEFT).
Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed via email upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or suspected fraud.
Shipping and Delivery: We ship to all major cities in Pakistan, with delivery times of 3-7 business days. Remote areas may require additional confirmation. Tracking numbers are provided via email.
Customs and Duties: For international orders (if applicable), you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content on Organzo.pk, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and trademarks, is owned by Organzo.pk and protected by the Copyright Ordinance 1962 and Trademarks Ordinance 2001.

Limitation of Liability

Liability Cap: Organzo.pk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, limited to the purchase price of the product.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by Pakistani law, with disputes resolved in Pakistani courts.
Dispute Resolution: We encourage resolving issues directly via organzopk@gmail.com. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to mediation or arbitration, per local laws.

Termination
