Organzo.pk is committed to customer satisfaction with our herbal products, including the best herbal tea for PCOS in Pakistan. This Refund & Return Policy complies with the Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005 and ensures transparency in handling returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Products: Items received in a damaged or unusable condition (e.g., torn packaging, broken seals).

  • Defective Products: Products that do not function as described (e.g., incorrect ingredients).

  • Wrong Product: Items delivered that differ from what was ordered.

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, as per provincial consumer protection laws.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/Used Products: For hygiene reasons, opened or used herbal products, including teas, are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Customized Products: Personalized or custom-ordered items are non-returnable.

  • Perishable Goods: Products with a limited shelf life cannot be returned after opening.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact us at organzopk@gmail.com or 03039316330 with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the issue (if applicable).

  2. RMA Issuance: We will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 48 hours.

  3. Return Shipping: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address with the RMA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the product to confirm eligibility.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned product.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at your discretion.

  • Notification: You will be notified via email once the refund is processed.

Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product), we cover return shipping costs.

  • Customer’s Responsibility: For other returns, you bear the shipping costs.
