Eligibility for Exchange
- Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Items that are damaged, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for exchange.

Initiating an Exchange
- To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Send an email to support@organzo.pk with the following details:
- Your order number
- The product you wish to exchange
- The reason for the exchange
- Any relevant photos if the product is defective or damaged

Exchange Process
- Once we receive your exchange request, our customer support team will review it and provide further instructions.
- You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your exchange.

Exchange Timeframe
- We strive to process exchanges as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 12 working days for exchanges to be processed, especially for COD payment returns.
- Once your exchange is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with details about the new product shipment.

Conditions for Exchange
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included with the product.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product of equal value or request a store credit.
